Apartment on the upper floor of the single-family home, quiet location, large terrace with great views for relaxing. Opportunities for activities in Sebnitz, such as a sports and leisure center (about 1 km), outdoor swimming pools, herbal spa, prehistoric park, house of the German artificial flower, African museum, etc. Popular starting point for hikes (also guided possible) or cycling trips to Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Small apartment in a Swedish house

Our farm is located in the middle of the biosphere reserve. In our old stable building on the farm is a small, simple apartment. The annex has an extra entrance. Here you are in the middle of nature, the rooster crows in the morning in the barn right next door, geese, goats and sheep graze peacefully in the meadow. Our dog Mascha guards the farm and all the animals. A wonderful clear swimming lake can be reached from here by car in 10 minutes.

To the old manor

We offer our large apartment in the former manor in Gleina on the edge of the biosphere reserve "Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape". Nearby are the following excursions and attractions: Nature trail Guttauer Teiche, Olbasee, Dinosaur Park Kleinwelka Bärwalder See/Seenland, Quitzdorf + Bautzen dams, Berzdorfer See, historic old town Bautzen Many popular bike paths, such as the Seeadlerrundweg. Bicycles are available in different sizes.

Casa Paloma

Welcome to "Casa Paloma" Casa Paloma is located on the eastern outskirts of Milkel. This gives you unrestricted views of meadows and forests from the terrace. The Little Spree flows right next door. The wooden house was built of untreated spruce wood. The house offers you on 24 square meters everything you need for a relaxing nature holiday. Living and kitchen area is open. The sleeping area can be reached via a staircase ladder.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Wildly romantic and cozy by the rushing stream. A special overnight stay, suitable for 2 people. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Here you will find the perfect place to relax, hike, observe nature, cycle and simply enjoy the countryside. The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.

The newly renovated 100 m² vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x 2 single beds) and two modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The garden invites you to barbecue in summer, ideal for social evenings. Free parking and WiFi included from June. Pets are not allowed. Perfect for relaxing vacations!

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
