Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem gemütlichem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, einem neuen Schlafsofa, einem kleinen TV, einer ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Highlight des Appartements ist die große, private Terrasse. Genießen Sie dort einen ruhigen Abend oder schlendern Sie am See entlang. Dieser ist entspannt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und die ruhige Lage laden zum Entspannen ein.

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.
