Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

In-law near Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for a maximum 5 persons available. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

Apartment (no smoking, no drinking)

There is hardly any parking space in this central location. A 2-minute walk to the subway and a 5-minute walk to the City center. Only suitable for non-smokers and non-drinkers. There are cats in the rest of the apartment. The room is in an apartment that the hostess lives in and has a separate entrance.

Nuremberg-Centre-Exhibition

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups and families. In the living room there is a bed with a width of about 120 cm. In the next room there is a loft bed (approx. 90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x approx. 90 x 200 cm). If necessary, we have a foldable guest bed.
