Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse neben einer Wiese und einem kleinen Wäldchen. Den Großen Plöner See erreichen Sie nach nur wenigen Gehminuten. Das Dachgeschoss, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 große Wohnküche mit Balkon (SW-Ausrichtung), 1 Bad und 1 kleinen HW-Raum. Ein großer Kugelgrill (Holzkohle) steht Ihnen auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung.
