Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The accommodation is divided into: hallway, kitchen, WoZi and a SchlaZi with a cozy 2x2 m bed. Distances: Lübeck: 44 km Kiel: 30 km Ostsee: 29 km Hansapark: 33 km

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The caravan was converted in 2017, accommodates two people, has a small kitchenette with two burners and a shower room. You can relax comfortably on the terrace right in front of the trailer, with a view that sweeps over meadows and fields and our paddocks. Here you have the place all to yourself.
