„ Quiet, central apartment near Park Sanssouci “

What a great location; right by the Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located right where the city and nature come together: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed yet a bit secluded. Look forward to Park Sanssouci right outside the front door (about a 300-meter walk). The historic city center, with its cozy street and park cafés and excellent shopping options, can be reached in about five minutes on a pleasant walk, which takes you through the historic old town.

Enjoy life by the lake at this peaceful and centrally-located place to stay. Our apartment has just been renovated with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-). Please pre-book free parking in the Nixe Yachthafen!

Welcome to our new, cosy single apartment in the heart of Potsdam city centre. The quiet studio includes a single bed with freshly pressed linen and towels, WiFi, TV and lots of kitchen equipment for short and long stays. It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
