A one-bedroom apartment awaits you in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Varied excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

On the terrace you can also have breakfast in nature in rainy weather. If it gets too uncomfortable outside, you can enjoy nature from the living room through the five-meter-wide panoramic window. Lovingly furnished and recently renovated apartment in a suburb of Leipzig, 15 minutes from Lake Störmthaler! We would be happy to welcome you. In addition to two single beds in the bedroom, there is a sofa bed in the spacious living room incl. fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor and is at ground level except for the three entrance steps. On request, the living room with meeting table can also be used as a consultation room.

Within walking distance you can reach the lake, which offers many leisure activities and beautiful beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Leipzig, where there is plenty to discover. The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
