If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. This half-timbered house has been freshly renovated with a lot of love and now shines again in its old splendor. Here you can really experience a listed timber-framed house from 1820. With four bedrooms and 240 square meters, the house offers plenty of space for up to 11 people. A large kitchen-living room, the cozy living room and the large seminar room invite you to get together. The block room with fireplace and the large kitchen table are perfect places for a game night after a delicious meal.

Gutshof Doberschau - Manor Apartment

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. A 5 minutes walk to Penny or Tesco, as well as to the city center or the Šluknov park or bus stop. We look forward to you.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.

We offer our large apartment in the former manor in Gleina on the edge of the biosphere reserve "Oberlausitzer Heide- und Pichlandschaft". There are the following excursions and sights nearby: Nature Trail Guttauer Ponds, Olbasee, Dinosaur Park Kleinwelka Bärwalder See/Seenland, Dam Quitzdorf + Bautzen, Berzdorfer See, historic old town Bautzen Many popular cycling trails, e.g. the Seeadlerrundweg.
