Apartment for cyclists, boaters and water sports enthusiasts and all those who want to become one. A vacation apartment, about 100 square meters in size, is rented directly at the harbor of Großräschen. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a tub, a toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor (opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which also includes Lake Senftenberg. About 10-12 flooded open-cast mines are navigable, which are connected by overpasses (currently still partially under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike paths around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian Lake District a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Unser Tiny House im Gemüsegarten ist voll ausgestattet mit Trockentoilette, Dusche und Küchenzeile. Der Wagen steht in der Mitte des Bio-Gemüsebaubetriebs "Gartenfreuden". Hier können sie den Charme des Landlebens genießen. Es gibt zwar einen eigenen Bereich zum Sitzen und entspannen, sie können sich aber auch im Baumhaus breit machen. Von hier aus erkunden sie den Spreewald mit dem Fahrrad oder die Calauer Schweiz zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof Calau befindet sich ca. 2,5km entfernt.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!
