The apartment is located in the extended surroundings of Dresden. It is high-quality renovated and offers everything you need for a nice quiet stay. Thanks to the direct highway connection, you can reach Dresden in 20 minutes. The apartment was modernly furnished in 2018 on the upper floor with GDR nostalgia room, offers a large bathroom, a conservatory with fireplace and an additional toilet. The recently newly built balcony allows a beautiful view of nature and is equipped with heaters.

Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

HexenburgbeiDresden: cool and stylish barrel sauna

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

Our cozy, newly furnished apartment is located between Dresden, Upper Lusatia and not far from Saxon Switzerland. From here you can explore nature, numerous hiking trails, regional culture, but also the many offers of the cities of Dresden, Bautzen or Görlitz as well as the gingerbread town of Pulsnitz all year round. The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Dear Guest, located in the subpart Plauen its perfectly located for a nice city stay. Just a 3 minute walk to the next public transport station its a 10 minute ride to the city centre. Expect a gorgous oldtown with baroque buildings, world famous museums from old masters to contemporay art. The Appartement offers one master bedroom, a kitchen with an eating place, bathroom, free parking, WIFI.

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
