If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with beautiful views. The apartment is sparkling clean, in the kitchen everything you need is there. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, super welcome air conditioning in the bedroom. Very nice and very sociable cats in the neighborhood! Marco is always available for any information or needs. On the beach you can walk down a staircase, in 15 minutes. An area full of events and festivals where you can eat well and have fun in simplicity. We had a great time and I would go back!

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and a stone's throw from the center.

We were just passing through on our way home, and we had a great time. It is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. There were different types of toiletries. The view is wonderful and the location is excellent, 5 minutes from the historic center. The parking inside the condominium is very convenient, for us who had a lot of luggage it was important, even if Ascoli is really quiet. The elevator goes up to the third floor and then you have to go up a small ramp, which was not a problem for us. Alessandra has always been very helpful and kind, she will certainly be my reference for a future stay in Ascoli.

Very nice and cozy house, well furnished and equipped with everything. Bicycles are also included in the services. The house is in a very quiet area and there are no parking problems. Very friendly and helpful host. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

We enjoyed this place very much. What's really outstanding is the amenities. Vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, bed linens, towels, washing machine detergent, toilet paper rolls and garden furniture were provided. You really don't need to bring anything from home. The place is well maintained and the location is perfect. Right in the center and a 6-minute walk to the sea. Always happy to come back. Always available for questions from Judith. Maria Rita is courteous and available. The brand new house, impeccable in cleanliness, has everything you need; very fragrant sheets and towels. Very close to the sea, pizzerias, pastry bar, egg pasta and more. Convenient location and in a quiet and peaceful place at night. TOP

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.
