PETS WELCOME.

Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku,large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Come stay near the beach and dunes in Grover Beach. This well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apt is nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve is less than one mile away, and the famous Pismo Beach Pier is less than 3 miles away. San Luis Obispo is a short and scenic 15 min. drive North. Charming Studio in Arroyo Grande

This studio is in the perfect location just minutes from the village of Arroyo Grande. Tucked away on a quiet dead end street, this studio is perfect for an out of town guest looking for a great nights sleep and quaint room. TEN SHORT Minutes to the beach and 15 to San Luis Obispo! Perfect for a couple or a couple and small baby. Otherwise, not suitable for 3 people. Pets are welcome with the payment of a $20 pet fee.

Walk to the Village of Arroyo Grande

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
