The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Newly renovated holiday flat on the top floor in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Gstadt. The view of the mountains from the balcony is marvellous. The picturesque Chiemsee is only a few minutes' walk away. The flat was renovated to a high standard in 2020, new bathrooms, new fitted kitchen with appliances, fully tiled with high-quality Italian tiles in wood look.

Hello everyone, The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and offers everything you could ever need. It is located in a quiet residential area and close to the beautiful Chiemsee. On foot it takes about 10 minutes to the shore. My wife and I will be happy to assist you with the key handover. Alternatively, the key is in a lockbox to allow flexible check-in.
