Luís is very proactive, gives several tips ahead for you to prepare. The condominium is in the wild, a very pleasant place. Well-equipped and clean house. We were in two families with teenage children and everyone liked the place. As for the location, for us it was ten, but it depends on your goal, if the priority is nature and proximity to the most frequented beaches this is the place. The pool area of the condominium is quite beautiful, but the furniture could be better preserved. In short, it was worth the stay!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

Super cozy house, extremely clean, perfect! Os calaboradores super solitos. It was wonderful days of rest, I recommend everyone to visit the village! We'll be back as soon as possible, we love being there!

It was a great experience. The house was clean and organized, the pool was ready for use, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the instructions for using all the equipment in the house were very clear. The host was super attentive and helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommended.

The place is wonderful! Unbelievable to have the beach in the backyard this way, and perhaps because we went off the holiday it was super quiet. The house is super well equipped, we hired the catering service on the first day, dinner was wonderful! And in the others we cooked and we didn't miss anything, the utensils were first quality. A D Rosa in the morning also helped us a lot, the house although it is in the middle of nature was super clean! The only thing I would add to pay attention before renting is that the house has stairs that are leaked and the bathrooms are a little tight... As we had two pregnant women and a 1 and a half year old baby among travelers this issue of accessibility and safety has gotten a little more difficult. Outside this question I recommend too much and would come back!

What to say about such a sensational place? Nature is spectacular, it heals us, welcomes us, embraces us!!! I had no better place for me to be with my family, I'm to collect moments, I felt at home, reconnected me, it seems like I already knew them. Melissa gave me all the support, it was my Tour Guide, I went to Santiago Beach, because they indicated me for the race, we made the trail from Pauba to Maresias, we went back through the rocks, I ran every day, I had already made some crossings in the open sea and this place reconnected me so much that one day I made a mini crossing from Santiago to Toque-Toque Pequeno - Santiago!! We had a problem on arrival to check in but I'm not going to stay at it because Leonardo was ready to help and solve the problem. The house and hostel are very beautiful, cozy has a very cool space in the swimming pool and in the BBQ area, a quiet place in the middle of the mountain. The first night we stayed at the inn in a very cozy chalet with air-conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen and balcony facing the very yummy pool. Then we went to the ad house we rented and it really is sensational well-equipped, wonderful suite with balcony, kitchen completes the wonderful barbecue area. The Ap is in the front of the inn. It is very close to the beach of maresias, a quiet place on the outskirts of the inn has a bakery, a bikini shop and a wine cellar on foot. Overall it was great the stay we stayed for a week and it was very quiet.

The chalet met my needs, well located and José Maria was very attentive.

We very much like the site. The only thing I think could improve would be to put stools on the kitchen table. The lack of them made it difficult to use the kitchen, lacked comfort in this regard. My husband and I spent four incredible days at the accommodation. A place immersed in the peace of the surrounding forest. The little river takes charge of the perfect symphony. The cottage is new and functional. It has a minimalist footprint, but at the same time it has utensils for preparing meals, a comfortable bed, a great shower, a balcony with a hammock and an incredible view. There is a place for a campfire, which we use a lot to contemplate the sky and enjoy the calm of the forest at night. It really is a sensational experience for those who like a location close to the beach and at the same time more peaceful and in the forest. Arthur and his wife were very kind and were always available and communicative. Little Clara, the couple's daughter, is a lovely child. Gratitude. I highly recommend it!

The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions. We will definitely return!
