Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Guanacaste Province

Mansión Elena is very large and comfortable. The location seemed ideal to us as it is close enough to everything but also far away to escape the bulla of the beach party. The kitchen in general is well equipped and everything was very clean and well presented. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Always ready to respond to our inquiries and to assist us upon our arrival. Perhaps the only thing I would tell people who are going to rent the house is that the bunk room is quite small and dark, which depending on the people, could generate some sense of lockdown. Otherwise, an excellent stay in Mansión Elena. We had a great time as a family!

The property was absolutely gorgeous the pictures truly undersell how beautiful the view is. Everything about the property worked perfectly for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 teens). The only thing you need to be aware of is the drive to and from town. It is a steep windy road that’s very intimidating the first time you drive it. Still, absolutely worth it for the property and the view.

Our stay was excellent. The facilities are unbeatable, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. In addition, communication with the host was clear and fast at all times; his attention was impeccable. Without a doubt, I recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

This house in Potrero is second to none with the view. To wake up and walk out to see that with the birds singing it’s magical. They have a gated entrance with a guard 24/7 which is nice. The drive up from the gate might be a lot for an older person but it’s not really bad. You probably want a SUV not a small car. The house itself looks great in all the photos but it has seen its better days. Everything is functional and works great especially the AC in the rooms however some of the things could use a little TLC. Overall it’s a great house with everything you could need. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay, very comfortable for 8 people, close to the beach (less than 5min car ride). Just consider there’s only 2 spaces available for parking.

that was a beautiful house. concierge was very responsive. anytime I need was conversated. they responded right back. The views from the house was absolutely stunning. the house itself was gorgeous, relaxing and very peaceful. It was a good getaway

My family of four had a terrific stay here. The place is just as described and pictured, very clean and up to date with super comfy beds. The back deck is the highlight with gorgeous jungle view and amazing pool. We used it day and night. We were visited by monkeys each morning. Note the deck faces SE and the pool ends up in the shade by mid afternoon. FYI this place is not close walking distance to anything so I couldn't imagine staying here without a car. A few notes for improvement: -Wish we had been warned about the construction noise going on next door from 7am-5pm each day ☹ -Not enough shampoo and conditioner supplied for 4 guests. -The water pressure is good but we disliked the shower heads, they shoot out the water through very thin spikey jets that make the water feel like needles on the skin (especially uncomfortable with any amount of sunburn). -The place could desperately use a dish rack. Notwithstanding these notes, we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was responsive, accommodating and provided great suggestions making our experience seamless. Hope to return soon!

I’ve travelled around the world, staying in airbnbs and hotels around the globe and I have to say this was easily the best place I’ve stayed. The house had everything I needed, such as cooking utensils, two propane tanks for the Bbq, comfortable furnishings, and pristine linens. The pictures matched the place, and if anything the place looks better in person. Thank you for your generous hospitality, I hope to return again with my entire family next time.

I have stayed in the Oceanica Condos many times. Great location, nice accommodation, convenient location with less than 3 minute walk to beach, restaurants and Flamingo marina.

This was a great Airbnb for our family of 4. It was clean and clutter free, very spacious with a large living area and balcony. The onsite pools, pool bar and access to beach club with a shuttle were fantastic. It was easily walkable to excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Coco beach.

Awesome place. Very spacious rooms, super clean, quiet and private. Me and my family had a great vacations there. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6 members. We will return for sure!

We had a great 4 night stay. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo was perfect had everything we needed and exactly as described. Would definitely rent again.

Room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Nivoya peninsula in the distance, breathtaking! The balcony and bedroom are spacious and well maintained! The beds are cozy! The common room, well equipped, is welcoming and a harmonious and spiritual atmosphere is present! High-end, well-maintained hot pool and bath! In monteverde, the hot bath was served, against all expectations one evening at 15 degree Celcius!

We loved our stay. Place was beautiful and easy walk to great restaurants and beach. We would love to go back again.
