The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff cage to yourselves. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer snowshoeing and cross-country skiing instruction in winter, please contact us if you are interested.

An hour's drive from Lillehammer is Viken Fjellgård by the lake Espedalsvatnet. And if you want to enjoy yourself indoors with a fire in the stove, a hot drink, a good book or a game, or if you want to go skiing, go for a walk on snowshoes, a hike, ice fishing, build a fire, make a snow cave and a snow lantern, or just look at the stars, this can be the place. There are miles of prepared ski slopes here. The trails begin right outside the farm, or you can drive a short distance to start the hike on the high mountains.

EV charging) and wood for the fireplace included in the rent. The cabin is new, from 2022.

Cross-country skiers paradise | WiFi

Mountain cabin. In summer and autumn, the area is fantastic for hiking, biking or paddling. With 350 km amazing ski tracks on the doorstep, this is a cross-country skiing paradise. Borrow our skis, just bring boots. «Skisporet» provides info on track status. 15 min to Sjusjøen ski center (alpine). The area also offers exciting activities such as dog sledding (Sjusjøen Huskey Tours).
