Charmerende skurvogn unikt beliggende på naturskøn grund med panoramaudsigt ud over Ollerup sø. Skurvognen er hyggeligt indrettet med en god 140 cm seng, bord og stole. Det funktionelle udekøkken er indrettet med 2 kogeplader, en lille vask og en 15 l vanddunk. Der er det nødvendige til at tilberede et simpelt måltid. Bad og toiletfaciliteter findes i en helt ny vogn ca 60 m derfra. Der er 2 toiletter og et bad, der deles med 1 anden vogn. Her findes der også et køleskab til fri afbenyttelse.

Bådhuset

Home away from home… Læn dig tilbage, nyd udsigten, og lad roen sænke sig i denne nænsomt nyrenoverede, stråtækte perle fra 1860 – omgivet af natur og kun få minutters gang fra stranden. Åbn terrassedøren og træd ud på din private terrasse med udsigt til vandet. Om sommeren kan du skylle saltvandet af under udendørsbruseren. Bådhuset er en separat bolig, mens jeg bor i hovedhuset sammen med mine to katte. Rengøring er inkluderet – så du kan nyde opholdet fra start til slut.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.
