Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Guidonia Montecelio

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

We were very satisfied with the house and the location was great! The hosts were very nice. We had 4 beautiful days. Would recommend without hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Giovanni was an incredible host: kind, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Stefano place is simply paradise, full of nature, serenity and convenience . We had opportunity to stay with our team to enjoy and group up our business achievements. I recommend Stefano place to all families, friends and business visitors to have great time.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

Wonderful stay! Very peaceful and everything was perfect in the house. The pool and grounds were lovely. Probably our favorite Airbnb stay we've ever had.
