As a young family, we had a really great stay at Stephanie's place. The communication was super friendly, fast and uncomplicated – Stephanie was always quick and helpful with our questions. On site, we then experienced the warm welcome by her parents, who were very friendly and accommodating. The personal but informal face-to-face contact made the stay even more pleasant and we immediately felt welcome. The apartment was absolutely top: Everything was new and modern, the design was very nicely chosen and the atmosphere was very cozy, especially with the beautiful garden. The hallway was also great, especially for parking a stroller, which made everyday life much easier. The location was also perfect and only two minutes' walk from the center. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, we would come back anytime. Many thanks to Stephanie and her family for the wonderful time.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

We had very nice days at Regina! Your tips for activities were great. In addition, the apartment is very comfortably furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would love to come back!
