The house with all amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with your own jetty close to Stockholm. The house is suitable for 4-5 people. 1-2 people can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (there is a door that can be closed). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. There are 2 toilets with a shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

Charming guest house on Northern Lagnö

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only a 20-minute drive from Slussen and a 5-minute drive from Gustavsberg. If you like climbing, Skeviks cave is about 1.5 km away, where you will find fantastic routes for different levels. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement level of the main building (which the tenant has sole access to). SUP boards are included if you want to go out on the water, as well as the opportunity to borrow bikes. Welcome!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available June-August. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.
