The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our guest house with access to the jetty in the best sunny location! Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.
