Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tubs. Welcome to a place that has everything you could want. Own dock, sauna, large terraces and fantastic views. Weather stretches are such that terraces, boathouses and jetties swim in the sun from early morning to late evening. The location is hard to beat with two first-class golf clubs nearby, the car ride to the city takes only 30 minutes, it is 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and at walking distance is Strömma Kanal with two restaurants, cafe, bus stop and regular boats out in the archipelago.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Located in the Swedish archipelago only 30 min from Stockholm's innercity (Slussen) is this magical two stories house. The house is 110 m², the garden is 6000 m², the porch is located with sun from morning to nighttime, a bit of an ocean view, and a close walk to the water . 3 min walk from the house you will find a harbor, ice cream kiosk and a restaurant/bar with classical Swedish dishes from where you can view boats passing by.
