A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
