Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gwonseon-gu

Beautiful apartment and great location. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. There's lots to do and see around the area, while the apartment gave a good place to chill down or study/work. The host was very kind and responded quickly!

숙소 너무 좋고 침대도 너무 폭신했어요!! 제목에 플스4있다고 해서 예약했는데 그건 유료라해서 이용 못했어요..! ㅜㅜ 업무도 봤어야했는데 마우스랑 키보드 고장으로 이용 못해서 아쉽습니다..! 바로 갖다주신다 했는데 이미 체크인한 상태라서 불편해서 저희가 거절했습니다. 아무튼 나머지는 다 좋았어요😊

Nice and cozy spot, very clean. A bit smaller than expected but the location was outstanding and the host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of amazing cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby and a creek just down the road for strolls with a view. Would highly recommend.

교통과 주차 등 편리하고. 주변에 식당,상점도 많고,. 주요시설도 근접하여 이용하기 좋았습니다. 호스트님이 친절하게 안내해주시고 신속하게 응답처리해주셨습니다. 다음에 기회되면 또 오겠습니다.

The place was a lot roomier than the photos. Quite close to the subway station and great restaurants.

근처에 출장이있어 또 방문하게되었네요. 항상 이숙소는 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 마음에듭니다ㅎㅎ 요리도 가능해서 집처럼 아늑했습니다. 다음에도 방문할께요~~^^

Sadang역 area was interesting. Just a few stops away from Gangnam. There are many restaurants in the area. A laundromat is down the street. Its very convenient for long stays. The shower facility was very big and separate for comfortable use. This place is unfortunately NOT an accommodation. It is stressed by the host. However, Yuric was very welcoming and accommodating. It is more convenient for an overnight study session with classmates (or by yourself). If you understand this and still wish to use, I recommend a small inflatable mattress and a sleeping bag. You will probably need a pillow as well. The towels available are very small. I recommend bringing your own towel.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy to get around and very convienient. The place was spotless and came with all the things we needed to enjoy our time.

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. It was a great place to stay in general. Host was responsive and tried her best to accommodate what we requested. Super near Sindorim subway station, so it made our walks really easy. Good cafes and convenience stores are around. It was one month stay with 11 month old baby, and she provided baby chair, baby bath tub and other baby cutlery for us to use. When we requested for trash bags, cleaning supplies and cooking condiments, Julie provided us all we needed. I really appreciate it. For things to note: - Kitchen supplies are not super fancy, but it does its job. - It's good to note that train sound is quite noticeable, from 6am to 11pm. You get used to it, but it takes a few days to get used to it. Thank you Julie for hosting us!

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

Great location, comfortable flat and wonderful host! We were very happy to stay here during our stay in Seoul. The host was very welcoming, helpful and quick in responding to our questions, and we felt at home right away!

Love the place - peaceful, easy to get to and cosy. Near to many shops, train station and Seoul Forest. Would love to come back again!

The advertisement says it is 2 bedroom facility. When we checked in, there was only one bed. But, after communicating with the host, they put the second bed quickly. Apparently, the customer needs to request the second bed. If anyone needs a second bed, make the request ahead. Otherwise, everything was great!

I had a great stay! The place was super clean, well-stocked with everything I needed, and in a fantastic location with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay again!
