Die120m² Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in einer Eigenheimsiedlung, inmitten von grünen Gärten und alten Bäumen. Parkprobleme habt ihr hier nicht . In Laufentfernung finden sich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Es besteht eine gute Bus- und Verkehrsanbindung.
