Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The valley station of the local mountain, the Dreisessels, with its alpine pasture is almost right at your doorstep. The nearest towns are Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 min) and Passau (50 min).

The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
