Das Häuschen liegt in einem alten Hofgrundstück im Ortskern von Zwenkau. Es ist absolut ruhig und ein echtes Hide-away. Wir sind noch dabei, es nach und nach fertig zu stellen, daher gibt es noch keinen Fernseher, aber Wlan ist vorhanden

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.
