Great location, and close to lakeside park. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and activities on the lake, which we did from the park about 1 mile away. Our schedule changed and Alexandra willingly accommodated us - very nice! We will be back.

It was an easy walk to downtown, but still felt like you were away enough from the downtown. We enjoyed sitting at the river reading with our books and having a fire. She left us some sweet treats and firewood. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly reccommend

Location, location, location! Everything is within walking distance. We loved leaving our car and just walking out the door. It's right above a restaurant so the parking lot does get crowded, but you do have a designated parking spot. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tubers in the river. At night all the buildings are lit up and the view is great. The rental itself was perfect for what we needed. The listing doesn't mention it, but it does have a hairdryer and washer/dryer inside. Huge comfy bed. Overall a great stay!

Just wanted to say whenever I visit Atlanta without the kids I will always choose this place. Also, I just want to say I had ran into a lil error trying to get my vehicle registered & ended up getting booted. When I tell you guys he went out the way to make sure I didn’t have to come out my pocket, he did !!I absolutely love the way the situation was handled 👍🏾 but from the view, to the balcony, the bed everything 10/10 must try

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

We recently stayed at Dan's place for my Daughter's wedding in Cumming. It was great for the bridal party to relax and enjoy the night before the wedding and for our family to come to after the wedding.

What a view!!! Every morning began with quiet time looking out over the lake. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the ad, but Deepti was willing to go above and beyond to make things good for us. The trail down to the lake is fine for those in shape, which does not include me ;-). From deck to dock, it is over 150 steps plus sloped paths. No complaint here...just information. The wildlife was also enjoyable to watch. Numerous deer call this neighborhood home. Gainesville is a neat area with a lot to offer. My family loved the home and would enjoy the opportunity to return some day.

This was a great place to stay. It was a 15min drive for us to rent a boat at Lanier islands so we could enjoy the full extent of that boat dock. My husband fished off the dock all week and the privacy of being up the creek was so nice with no boat noise! We also were only 15min to Buford’s town which was nice when we needed to load up on fishing gear and coffee runs and 7brew. The house was great for the kids when it rained we had ample room to stay indoors. Would definitely book again.

This was a great location for a weekend trip to the lake. Very accessible from Atlanta. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice location to access local restaurants, grocery stores, and the various sites of Gainesville nearby. Home was comfortable and clean. There was an included pack and play, high chair, and life jackets for kids that worked well for our little family.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo near Athens and UGA! The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, but in a quiet, safe area that made it easy to relax after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

This cabin in Suches is perfect for rest and relaxation! My husband and I slept amazingly well! The proximity to tubing and fishing on the river was perfect for us. We used the tubes and kayaks as well. We were visiting to learn about the area and the owner Billy was an amazing host and guide to North Georgia. He even picked us up for one of our tubing trips!

Quick trip from Florida. Great spacious place for the family and pricing was on point comparatively to the surrounding market. Will 100% recommend and book this exact condo in the near future.

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
