Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Das knapp 25m2 große Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang. Bei uns wohnst Du sehr zentral aber auch im Grünen mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Nähe und dem Salzach Radweg in nur wenigen Metern Entfernung. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Altstadt-Studio in Hallein

Unser Studio-Apartment liegt im ersten Obergeschoß eines Altstadthauses am Beginn der Halleiner Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe’s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz- und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten bequem erreicht werden kann.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
