The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. It has been redesigned and has a wonderful rustic charm without being overloaded. Note: The house has no direct access. You go up a staircase and walk a 200-meter path to the house. Parking is available on the street. You have to be good at walking!
