Very nice bright 2-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will stay on 50 square meters in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You overlook the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Die Dusche ist schmal geschnitten, daher möglicherweise nicht für alle Gäste gleichermaßen komfortabel Kostenfreier Stellplatz, E-Auto-Ladung nach Absprache möglich. Ich bin Anna & bin in diesem Holzhaus aufgewachsen. Ich freue mich, meinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit in Elz zu ermöglichen.

The self-contained apartment is located under the roof and impresses with its fantastic view over our small town. It is lovingly and functionally furnished so that you can feel comfortable. The kitchenette allows you to cater for yourself. Microwave, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge are available. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Vacation on a modern houseboat on the Lahn. Enjoy nature and relaxation on the water. The houseboat is equipped to a high standard and has 2 rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and storage room. The highlight is the open living/kitchen area with terrace. The sliding doors can be opened on all sides to be even closer to nature. The houseboat is rented at the berth. Paddle boards and a small license-free motorboat can be rented.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
