MESSE, QUICKLY iN THE CITY
Hallo My apartment is very central .well located to get the tube to the fairs ( 5 minute walk) 15 min drive to the fairground. If you want to go downtown you can walk 10 min or take the tube. Restaurants and supermarkets are around. My apartment is very central. The train can be reached in 5 minutes, the fairgrounds take about 15 minutes. In a 15-minute walk you can reach the city center, you can of course also take the train (2 stations). There are supermarkets and nice restaurants in the area. I would be happy to give tips

Cozy, modern apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building in the center of Hanover. 2-room apartment with one bedroom. Living room, cable TV, Netflix. Lovely balcony (south side). Wi-Fi throughout the apartment with very good bandwidth. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people with stove, oven, fridge (freezer), microwave, kettle, Nespresso capsule machine with capsules and many cooking utensils. Old town and pedestrian zone within 10 minutes' walk.

Short distances to the trade fair (12-15 minutes), the Maschsee, town hall and the direct city center would be fantastic? Would cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shopping and fast public transport connections also be desirable? Then this small and stylishly furnished apartment should certainly be the right place for your stay in Hanover!

Studio close to MHH, trade fair and city center
In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
