Hannover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer for a surcharge if it is convenient. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or within walking distance in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
