Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The huge plot offers outdoor seating, barbecue and a fire pit. A pool table and fireplace guarantee convivial evenings. You can easily reach the heated outdoor pool on foot. In the surrounding area there are top restaurants and the rat-catching town of Hameln.

While our horses strode freely around their paddock trail and our vegetables grow in the greenhouse, children's dreams come true in Lukas' tree house. Sunny loft with berry farmer

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

Gorgeous farmhouse with pool and jacuzzi

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Bauernhaus wurde 1885 erbaut und vor vier Jahren kernsaniert. Es besitzt insgesamt drei Bäder und 5 Schlafzimmer. Über eine Terrassentür gelangt man in den hinteren Teil des Gartens. Hier sind einige Tiere beheimatet. Je nach Jahreszeit findest du hier Schafe, Kaninchen, Hühner und einen Hund. Dieser wohnt während deines Aufenthalts bei meinem Nachbarn in der Einliegerwohnung.

A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

A countryside vacation with alpacas

Auf dem Hof leben meine 10 + 7 jährigen Töchter, ich, 2 Katzen, einige Kaninchen und Alpakas. In dem großen Garten gibt es einen kleinen Sandkasten, eine Schaukel, ein Trapez, ein Trampolin und diverse Sitzecken. Hier kann man entschleunigen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Es ist ein alter Hof, wo es immer einiges zu tun gibt. Unkraut stört uns nicht. Wir sind weltoffen und tolerant und wünschen uns dies auch von den Gästen.

Here, a beautiful bright and spacious apartment awaits the whole family. It has three rooms. One double bedroom and an additional children's bed. One room with three additional sleeping options. A cozy living room with a spacious sofa on which everyone can find a place and a TV. There is also a sleeping chair as another sleeping place. A nice bright kitchen with dishwasher. A bright and spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

The pool and garden are available to our guests. In the Ilsetal you can relax, hike, mountain bike and climb as well. Chill out on the Weser by canoe or steamer.
