The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

The 49 m² accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, offering space for 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, heating, and a smart TV with streaming services. You also have access to a private sauna and a whirlpool.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. However, it is also a place to relax for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the entire family. The A7 is close (behind a small wood and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for transit travelers.
