Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 20min erreichbar, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Kraterbad (im Winter) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Für erholsame Tage in ruhiger Lage.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein kleines saniertes Austragshäuschen, verbunden mit einem Gewächshaus/Wintergarten und umgeben von Obstbäumen und Tieren. Unsere Kinder nehmen euch gerne mit auf einen kleinen Hofrundgang zu den Tieren. Es gibt Hühner, Schafe, Ziegen, Hasen, Meerschweinchen, Gänse, Ponys, Hunde, Wachteln, Katzen, Kühe und Kälber. Gerne könnt ihr auch Ponyreiten oder einen Ausritt buchen.

The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

Our spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment has about 80 sqm with a total of two bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including shower. In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.

The newly renovated accommodation in Mauren is the perfect apartment for a stress-free stay. The approx. 65 m², stylishly furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by a staircase. Check-in takes place very flexibly via a key box on site. Our apartment on the upper floor offers generous space for 3 people and comprises 86 m² of living space. The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
