Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hardanger

The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

If you want the most spectacular views of the fjord and town, you should definitely stay here! It was the perfect place to stay when we hiked Trolltunga. Olaf was an excellent host, and we’d stay here again for sure.

Great place in beautiful nature. Perfect location for walking the Queen's Trail. Beautiful to live in the middle of the apple orchards. Good space, good beds and peaceful and nice.

The house is very modernly renovated and beautifully and stylishly furnished. We felt comfortable there. The bed was super comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The location by the lake was super quiet and perfect for switching off. We liked it there, but the house could use a little love in one place or another. Communication with Benjamin was great and he responded quickly to questions.

Hans and Emily's house is a real gem! Everything has been thought of, there is everything you need and more. The rooms are beautiful and the house has a special charm. A travel cot and high chair were provided for our daughter, there are games for children and adults - so even in bad weather there is no room for boredom. Charging the electric car also worked perfectly (for a more than fair fee). The communication with Hans during the stay was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a really great place to stay with so many options that we hope to try out on our next visit (canoeing, BBQ, swimming etc). Many thanks to Emily and Hans and all the best!

Excellent week spent in Nils' accommodation, beautiful environment, very peaceful. Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures. fish-rich fjord very well-equipped house, nothing is missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination many great places to discover on the island of Askoy

Communication with Kenneth was very simple and quick. Self check-in at the apartment with detailed instructions to easily find the accommodation. Free parking space in front of the accommodation. The apartment is comfortable, as described and in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket which is convenient. Good location to discover Balestrand and the Sognefjord, I recommend it.

The apartment was excellent, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Lene was highly responsive and provided assistance promptly whenever needed. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

If you're looking for a place to stay near Flam without noise, go for it! Located 40 minutes from Flam, this accommodation offers breathtaking mountain views from the living room and especially the bedroom! The curtains are very blackout, it's a very comfortable double bed, the environment is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, it just lacks a microwave. The bathroom is functional. We spent 2 nights there, one before visiting Flam and its surroundings, one before leaving for Bergen and we were delighted: the best accommodation of our entire stay which lasted 9 nights

Bard's place is an excellent choice for us. Good location and even a great idea driving around to neighboring places. Private, quiet place and clean. The sauna is my plus favorite. Bard has complete amenities in the apartment. I highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We had a pleasant stay at Marit’s place! If you are looking for a stay as if in one’s house, this is the right spot. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and communication with Marit was easy and fast. Away from the crowds, the area is quiet and peaceful!

I was allowed to stay in the cabin for 6 nights, together with my dog. The bed slept wonderfully and the atmosphere in the cabin is cozy and warm. You can go for beautiful walks in the area, which I have also done a lot.

I stayed at Ørjan’s cabin for 3 nights with my parents and we loved the place! The view from there is amazing and the cabin is even prettier than in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you would need, and the place was super clean. His instructions to get to the place were very precise and he was always very helpful and answered quick when I needed. I would definitely recommend this cabin to my friends :)

This place is 11 out of 10!! A place of dreams. The location and house are absolutely stunning and Mette and Kristian are beyond fabulous hosts always going above and beyond! Our favorite parts of the stay: kayaking in the morning sunlight around the little inlets, fishing from the dock, a sunset sauna or hot tub followed by a fjord cold plunge/swim, relaxing on the deck with a beer, sipping coffee while watching the birds and listening to the waves lap against the dock, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and more. We will be back!!!

The stay in Laila's hut was indescribably beautiful and relaxing. We had a rather mixed weather during our stay with a lot of storm and rain. Due to the very tasteful and cozy furnishings, the wood-burning stove with already existing wood and the huge window fronts with a great view of the fjord, we made it really cozy in the cottage. In addition, fishing for mackerel from the shore was already child's play. We will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately the sauna did not work BUT that was communicated beforehand. The place was in very good condition, especially considering that guests have to clean themselves as the cabin is quite remote. Will be coming back ☺️
