A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

Hiking trails start right outside the door, and the sauna provides relaxation after an active day. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Experience the very special living experience on stilts high above the Zillertal in our tree houses. 3 hip TreeLofts surrounded by nature and with a priceless view of the Zillertal mountains await you. You can enjoy the breakfast included in the price at the MartinerHof, which is located right next to the TreeLofts. Die Zillertalerin - the new apartment house with eight residential units in the heart of Uderns/Tyrol. Be one of our very first guests! Home, heart and comfort. With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).
