Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation home was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we lacked nothing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: the view was simply breathtaking - whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

A Perfect Alpine Escape – Catherine House, Seefeld We spent two unforgettable days at Catherine House in Seefeld and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house is a true gem – spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. With three beautiful bedrooms, a private sauna, and a heated swimming pool, we enjoyed ultimate comfort and luxury. The modern kitchen was a dream to cook in – we had great fun preparing meals together and then unwinding by the pool or soaking in the sauna. The location is unbeatable: peaceful, sunny, and surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, yet close enough to the town and hiking trails. Whether we were swimming, relaxing in the sauna, enjoying the sunshine, or simply taking in the views – every moment was pure joy. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

Beautiful place to relax surrounded by nature! Good location, wonderful chalet with everything you need. We recommend that you buy more consumables (spices, cooking essentials, such as additional toiletries like toilet paper) if you need them.

It was just wonderful! We really enjoyed our family vacation with our 1.5 year old son! The apartment is very cozy, super equipped and large. Everything was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the great flexibility until two days before departure, because it was really great! Thanks to the Wildschönau Card, we were able to use all gondola lifts for free. It was really great and we look forward to next time!

The magic hut keeps what it promises. ✨ If you are looking for peace, nature, relaxation and rustic ambiance, this is the place to be. A quaint cabin in great surroundings that can be taken directly for hikes. 🏔️ Kirsten was also very accommodating, always available and always solution-oriented during this visit. The cabin is clean and super equipped, we lacked nothing. 🤗 We will also come back a third time. 🌿

We spent a wonderful few days as a family with adult sons and dog in this cozy cabin. Everything you need is available. Diana gives helpful tips for the area and is always available. We didn't miss anything and we can only recommend the cabin and the landlady.

Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great. We really enjoyed our time even when the weather was not perfect, thanks to Ulrike’s recommandations Thank you again for your hospitality Ulrike

The cabin is a dream, cabin feeling guaranteed.. the recommendation goes out, especially to the experienced...who like to live in harmony with nature... would have liked to have stayed longer, but the work calls.

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!
