The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. In our house there are 4 apartments for 6 or 7 people. Our beautiful and new apartments, in modern Alpine style, offer space for the whole family and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our apartments are the ideal base for exploring the Zillertal. The Spieljoch ski & hiking area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes and the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Experience the very special living experience on stilts high above the Zillertal in our tree houses. 3 hip TreeLofts surrounded by nature and with a priceless view of the Zillertal mountains await you. You can enjoy the breakfast included in the price at the MartinerHof, which is located right next to the TreeLofts. The HochLeger Chalet Refugium also has a jacuzzi, a natural swimming pond and spa treatments. Priceless views!
