Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. In the immediate vicinity is the Westerwälder Seenplatte with, among other things, the Dreifelder Weiher. Numerous cycling and hiking trails, including the Westerwaldsteig, are also on the doorstep. Engine shed in the old train station **Industrial Style**

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm.

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.

Relax in this special, quiet accommodation, surrounded by meadows, forest and a quietly rushing stream. Move your office to these beautifully located rooms for a few days. The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
