On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Idyllic amid vineyards

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and still be only a few kilometers from the state capital of Mainz. A king-size box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm is available, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests on a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. It was renovated in early 2024 and completely newly furnished. Pets are allowed by agreement and subsequent confirmation.
