We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice big, very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and our son had a lot of fun with the large balcony. You can walk to the supermarket, playground is around the corner and also short hikes are right outside the door. We will be happy to come back:)

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

We stayed with our 3 children and enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of space and well maintained backyard. Street parking is very easy. Well equipped kitchen, nice bedding and comfortable beds. The bedrooms did not have rolladens, so it was a little bright in the mornings, there are window coverings but rooms do not stay pitch dark during summer mornings, some light shines in- this did not bother us, though. We would recommend to others. Thank you

Olja’s apartment was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had all the amenities I could ask for: a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and a super clean bathroom stocked with toiletries like shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. And even some nice little touches like coffee, tea, spices, etc. Everything worked perfectly, and the space felt very welcoming and clean. Olja is easy to communicate with and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Thank you Olja :)

Everything very good. Communication and accessibility of the host was great. Apartment corresponded to the description and there was nothing to fault. Appliances and organization (check-in process - check-out, garbage, heater, etc. ) were explained accurately and understandably. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is awesome, thank you again to Matthias for the uncomplicated communication and the parents who were so helpful. We were visiting for a long weekend with the kids (6, 9 and 12 years old) and everyone was absolutely thrilled. The accommodation offers plenty of space and has everything you could want - there were plenty of blankets and towels and even family games. The kitchen is also well equipped. The highlight for us was the beautiful garden and the possibility of barbecuing there delighted young and old. Nuremberg and the Altmühlsee are also within easy reach by car. We'll be back!

Beatiful area and house

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, the value for money is definitely right. The apartment was very clean, plus was a wireless vacuum cleaner, with which you can simply vacuum briefly yourself. It's extremely quiet, you don't actually hear anything from the city. I think there were still 2 bedside lamps in the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient only with ceiling light. The couch was very hard, but at least an area throughout and not shared with two different degrees of hardness. There is no outlet in the bathroom ( at least we didn't find any) and there could have been a few more large cups, so you always had to wash the dishes right away. Towels super fluffy,everything worked. The apartment is absolutely recommended!

The place was just perfect for us and will now be our new vacation home when we visit our friends who live just around the corner. Inga's Airbnb is very spacious, with comfortable beds, top equipped kitchen and even for children there was a lot to be found. Practical also: the Netflix guest access. Thank you so much for the nice, straightforward communication.

Mona's apartment is extremely clean and centrally located. Bed is very convenient and big enough Only the parking facilities are limited to a few and expensive options. All in all, a good tip.

The location at the end of the Mühlengasse was perfect for us, short distances to go with the dog just "around the corner", and an ideal starting point for hikes. The "center" was also reached in no time. Ralf and his family were super helpful, the apartment was great and everything else was fine. We would like to thank you for the hospitality - and we will be happy to come back!

We were absolutely impressed with the accommodation . The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are absolutely clean, the mini bar is abundantly stocked at fair prices and with the pool table, air hockey, poker set and Nintendo Wii there is almost no reason to leave the accommodation. In the garden you can barbecue and use the sauna and hot tub. Steven is an excellent host. If you have any questions or concerns, he is always available and takes care of it immediately. Clear recommendation!

We occupied Anna-Luisa's apartment with four adults, a 3-year-old and 2 dogs and felt comfortable right away. Our son in particular felt right at home and played with the toys in the hallway. The apartment is spacious, tastefully and simply furnished and has everything you need. We had an all-round relaxing short break in and around Bamberg.

The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings, cleanliness and spaciousness. Maybe I've never been in such a clean apartment, plus it's like new and everything is in top condition. The location is very quiet and private. We were happy about the morning rooster. The hosts respond quickly to all inquiries. We highly recommend the place.

We were very pleased. The landlady was super flexible and available at any time at check-in and check-out. Even a short-term change of plans (arrived with more people than planned) was not a problem for them and made everything possible. All in one - super straightforward. The apartment looked like in the pictures and was well equipped, with everything you need. Highly recommended for a short trip! We would definitely come back. 😊

Many thanks to Kateryna and Maxim for the great accommodation! We were as a group 4 days in Nuremberg at the German Choir Festival and had everything we needed. Yes, you can hear the street and the train in the background, but the area is extremely quiet for a city location. Beautiful residential area. No problem, more cars can be parked for free on the street. Due to construction site, about 10 min to the subway, then 10 min to the city center. Right, the apartment is older and therefore quite noisy, but we were only there to sleep anyway and it did not bother us. House key available via key box. So we could also go home separately. Refrigerator has no freezer compartment, in case anyone needs one. Coffee + machines are available in different types.

It was one of the best stay!!

We stayed two nights in Sonja's new apartment as a family with our two children. This is the basement of her house, superbly furnished, very well-equipped, brand new and impeccably clean! We had a great time, and the little touches were much appreciated. I highly recommend it! Thanks again, Sonja!

Wonderful garden, room generously and stylishly furnished, friendly & uncomplicated hostess, immediately felt comfortable

Our stay at Lohmanns Landhaus zum See was just wonderful! The combination of tranquility, comfort and wellness inspired us. The classic sauna and the easy-to-use hot tub ensured pure relaxation. The large terrace with sauna, hot tub and a cozy igloo to warm up was a real highlight. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening rounded off the day perfectly. We really liked the decor in the cozy country house style. Alex and Bianca were always available, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Particularly helpful was the lovingly compiled book with tips on attractions, cycling and hiking trails as well as restaurants. The quiet surroundings were ideal for switching off, and we were able to relax optimally. An all-round perfect stay – we will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it!
