Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hat Yai

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the two king-sized beds—both very cozy and perfect for a restful sleep. The home is fully air-conditioned, which kept us cool throughout our stay. It’s also well-equipped with great amenities, including a large fridge, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV with Netflix—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our kids absolutely loved the place and settled in right away, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay and great value for money. Highly recommended for families or groups!

Wonderful Stay! The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Although I didn’t manage to check in early at 8AM as planned due to a delay at the border, I really appreciated the offer! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I felt just like home. It’s also in a great location, close to many attractions, with a private car park that made everything more convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely return for another stay. 😁

Great place just outside the centre of hat yai! 5-10 mins away by car. We had our cats with us and it was great for them, plenty of space and a big drive behind gates for them to run around if we wanted to let them out without escaping. The house was clean with a fully functioning kitchen. We had no issues with grab drivers locating us either. Would defo stay again.

great location, very accessible and near to convenience stores, quiet surrounding .quite spacious for group setting, with complete kitchen wares, appliances, bed/sofa bed, huge dining table, etc. Easy check in and check out process. Overall, easily 9 / 10

We had a wonderful stay hosted by Natcha's! We were very pleased with the amenities provided, including the washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, and fully equipped kitchen. The extra touches like snacks and coffee were a delightful surprise. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver during the hot weather in Songkhla. Thank you for allowing us for an early check-in , Natcha. We really appreciate your hospitality. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The environment around the room is very quiet. There is no noise. It is a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is very convenient. The uncle who received us is very friendly. I will come again next time.

I loved staying at this place. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in the room. The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and there was enough storage for my things. I also appreciated the extra towels, tv, refrigerator, microwave and etc.

For me, it was worth the price. We had everything to ourselves . Gladly again and again .

Exactly as pictured! Super spacious, with a living room area, small kitchen, dining table and large comfy bed. Great views of the city too :) The hosts kindly left us some bottled water and instant noodles, which we appreciated after our long journey!

Host provide us nice view stay with comfortable room. Host also compassionate which allow us to check in early once we arrived there riding from Kuala Lumpur.

We spent 2 weeks at Alan's place and we really loved it. The apartment is a little small but very cozy and clean. The WiFi is super fast and there's a table to have a meal or eat. Then, the bed is comfortable and there's a small balcony. We work online and we were happy to find a shared working area downstairs. The gym was very spacious and the equipment was enough. Location wise, it's about 5 minutes drive from central shopping mall (you can't walk there), 5 minutes walk from 7-11 and cafe Amazon, and just about 10 minutes from Hat Yai city. All in all I highly recommend and I would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and thoughtfully designed studio apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making check-in and communication smooth throughout. The space was spotless and filled with warm, natural sunlight that enhanced the inviting atmosphere. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed with four pillows, a great selection of local snacks, and the luxurious jetted tub — a real highlight. The location is good — it’s close to the night market and about a 20-minute walk to the town center. It's the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at to date, and we’d happily return!
