Our small, cozy chalet in the middle of the Schladming/Dachstein tourist region and right next to the Aich swimming lake invites you to relax. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, 2 bedrooms also have a comfortable sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, toilet, a large, comfortable kitchen and your own sauna in the garden, nothing is left to be desired. The ski bus stops 50 m from the house and takes you comfortably to the entrance to the 4-mountain ski area.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
