Close to the university hospitals, Siemens, Adidas and the university. Also ideal as a starting point for exploring Franconian Switzerland or nearby Nuremberg.

This non-smoking apartment is located in the Burk district of Forchheim. The building dates back to the 1970s. It has a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. No pets. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, cutlery, plates, cups, pots, a coffee maker, etc. Free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a stove and oven, and cleaning supplies are available. Parking is available directly at the house.

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Optional extra charge plus 12€ for each additional guest from the 5th person (the 6th has a sofa bed in the attic in the 'theme room'). Parking space for 2 cars. Bicycles can be safely parked in the shed. Access to washing machine and dryer in the basement. Space for drying in the attic

The apartment is located at the entrance to Franconian Switzerland. There are many attractions such as the castle ruin Neideck, the Walberla, numerous caves and viewpoints. There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

Stay in a historic barn

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind.
