We are about 5 minutes from the train station Hausham and 200 m from the village Schliersee. About 30 minutes walk to the lake. The flat is in a residential area and very quiet. The flat is on the first floor (no lift) with a south facing conservatory. The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table. The single bedroom is only accessible through the double bedroom. In the lounge there is a sofa bed. We fully refurbished the flat in spring 2025 including new kitchen (pics to follow) and bathroom

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. Please READ: The city of Tegernsee charges a tourist tax. €3 per day for an adult For a child from 6-15 years, €2 will be charged. Please note that these costs are in addition to the room price.

Schliersee Seehäusl, apartment directly on the lake

The real lake house is directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore strip. I cannot accept reservations or requests with children under 12 years of age. The 55 sqm 2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are my private area.

Self-contained apartment in Hausham/Agatharied

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Mountains and lakes are a few kilometers away. The train station and supermarkets are within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, parking and charging station for electric cars are available. The closed basement apartment is large enough for two to three people, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
