Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

Cottage on the Schlierach

Relax with the whole family in our cozy place. The kitchen offers everything your heart desires and the tiled stove exudes a cozy warmth. On the other hand, the adventure starts right at your doorstep, whether on foot or by bike into the mountains or by sup or rowing boat over the passing Schlierach into Lake Schliersee. Or "just" the coffee on the terrace?! ;) In addition, the property is only a few minutes walking distance from the relevant locations.

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
