Remise with vision

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

3-room apartment on the DOM island

My apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house is located between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden division. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing is possible.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Welcome to Brandenburg an der Havel. The renovated apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor separately in the large apartment building, has been lovingly & elaborately prepared. Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you are interested, you can play table tennis, play badminton, or just relax in shade or sun.

Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.

Historical gem w/character

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Wellness oasis by the lake: country house with sauna & hot tub

Country house "Havelauszeit" - Relax in this unique place. Sauna & hot tub are included in the price. The house is located not far from the Havel River, about 6 to 15 minutes' walk away, where you can end the evenings on the water or on a hidden jetty in the reeds. Of course, you can also rent our stand-up paddle or explore the beautiful landscape around the Havel.

Welcome to our new, cosy single apartment in the heart of Potsdam city centre. The quiet studio includes a single bed with freshly pressed linen and towels, WiFi, TV and lots of kitchen equipment for short and long stays. It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
