In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern , ausgestattet mit je einem Doppelbett im Haus auf großem 3-Seiten-Hof mit Garten direkt am See im Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin, 70 km nördlich von Berlin.
